Law of Remedies

Im Oktober 2019 ist der von Franz Hofmann und Franziska Kurz herausgegebene Tagungsband „Law of Remedies“ , in dem ich den Beitrag „Economics of remedies – the perspective of corporate law“ verfasst habe, erschienen. Die zugehörige Tagung „Exploring Remedies – Impulses for a German and European ‚Law of Remedies'“ fand im Oktober 2018 in Erlangen statt.
